Let’s Cook!

Join Dew of Heaven Children’s Garden (DHCG) for a hands-on farm-to-table experience celebrating the flavors of fall and Hispanic Heritage Month!

Through cooking, tasting, and conversation, young participants will explore seasonal eating, food preparation, preservation, cultural food traditions, and the journey from farm to table.

Prepare a colorful pico de gallo featuring fresh vegetables and an in-season twist.

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Horchata
Help prepare a fall-inspired take on a traditional favorite—and enjoy it straight from a mini pumpkin!

🌱 Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Scoop, clean, season, and roast pumpkin seeds for a simple seasonal snack.
