The Potato Processing: Freeze-Ahead Fries Workshop introduces participants to food processing and preservation through a hands-on potato preparation experience. During this event, participants will process fresh potatoes and learn how to prepare and freeze them for future use, demonstrating how crops can be preserved beyond the harvest window.
